BEGINNINGS

In 2007 while serving on staff at a local church, Pastor Todd met and fell in love with Susan. Later that year, they felt God leading them to be married and to start their family together. In 2012, God called Pastor Todd and Susan to start a church founded on God’s transformational love and power. After much prayer and collaboration with others, Hope Church was planted in 2013 in Griffith, Indiana in order to bring a unique and powerful expression of the Gospel to our Northwest Indiana region and beyond.

Since the birth of our church, we have been blessed to witness many testimonies of people being saved, healed, delivered and set free by the truth, love and power of God. Our focus is to encourage, disciple and equip the church through the faithful teaching of God’s Word and through the impartation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

As a church family, we relate with a number of other churches and ministries in the US and beyond, including the UK, Africa, India and the Dominican Republic. While we do not belong to a historical denomination, we believe that Hope Church is part of the larger work that God is doing across the earth. We joyfully partner with churches and other networks near and far that share a common vision to see God’s Kingdom manifested on earth as it is in heaven.
